Tích hợp e-mail vào SharePoint

I. Mục đích

Bài viết này sẽ trình bày:

- Cài đặt Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0)

- Cấu hình để WSS 3.0 nhận mail từ Exchange Server 2007

II. Chuẩn bị

- Một máy W2K3 làm DC, DNS, Exchange Server 2007 (gọi tắt là máy Exchange) tên pc24.nhatnghe.local. Tạo 2 mailbox u1, u2 (password = 123).

- Một máy W2K3 làm member server trên đó sẽ cài WSS 3.0 (gọi tắt là máy SharePoint) tên pc25.nhatnghe.local.

III. Cài đặt Windows SharePoint Services 3.0

Trên máy member server:

1. Install IIS

2. Install .NET Framework 3.0 (chạy file: dotnetfx3.exe)

Click I have read… -> Click Install

Click Exit

3. Enable ASP.NET 2.0

Click menu Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager

Trong mục PC25 (local computer) -> Web Service Extensions -> right click ASP.NET v2.0.50727 -> Allow

4. Install Windows SharePoint Services (chạy file SharePoint.exe)

Check I accept… -> Click Continue

Click Basic

Check Run the SharePoint… -> Click Close

Click Next

Click Yes

Click Finish

Nhập User name và password của nhatnghe\Administrator

Click Add để đưa website này vô Trusted sites zone

Click Add -> Click Close

Lưu ý tới cuối dòng trạng thái ở góc dưới bên phải màn hình phải có Trusted sites

IV. Phân quyền để user có thể truy cập SharePoint site

Trên máy SharePoint:

Chạy IE -> http://pc25/default.aspx. Click People and Groups

Click Team Site Visitors

Click menu New -> Add Users

Mục Users/Groups: nhập u1;u2 -> Click Check names

Cuộn xuống cuối màn hình -> Click OK

Click Yes

Quan sát thấy trong mục Team Site Visitors đã có u1 và u2

V. Cấu hình để SharePoint nhận e-mail

Trên máy SharePoint:

1. Install SMTP Service

2. Cấu hình để SMTP service để nhận mail từ máy Exchange chuyển qua

Click Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager

Right click Default SMTP Virtual Server -> Click Properties

Click Access tab -> Mục Relay restrictions -> Click Relay -> Click Only the list below -> Click Add -> nhập số IP của máy Exchange Server -> OK -> OK -> OK

Trên máy Exchange Server: Tạo SMTP Send Connector để chuyển mail sang máy SharePoint

Mở Exchange Management Console

Trong Exchange Management Console -> Organization Configuration -> Hub Transport -> Tab Send Connectors -> Right click vùng trống -> Click New Send Connectors

Mục Name nhập To pc25.nhatnghe.local -> Next

Click Add -> Nhập *.pc25.nhatnghe.local -> Click Include all subdomains -> Click OK

Click Next

Click Route mail through the following smart hosts: -> Click Add

Nhập địa chỉ IP máy sharepoint -> Click OK

Click Next

Click Next

Click Next

Click New

Click Finish

Trong tab Send Connectors đã có connector To pc25.nhatnghe.local

Trên máy SharePoint: cấu hình để SharePoint nhận e-mail từ Exchange chuyển qua

1. Click menu Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools -> SharePoint 3.0 Central Administration

Nhập nhatnghe\Administrator và password

Click Tab Operations -> Click Incoming e-mail settings

Trong mục Enable sites on this server to receive e-mail? Click Yes -> Click OK

2. Chạy IE -> http://pc25/default.aspx

Mục Discussions -> Click Team Discussion

Click menu Settings -> Click Discussion Board Settings

Mục Communications -> Click Incoming e-mail settings

Mục Allow this list to receive e-mail? Click Yes

Mục E-mail address: Nhập Admin

Mục E-mail security policy: Click Accept e-mail messages from any sender -> Click OK

Kiểm tra

Máy Exchange: u1 soạn mail gởi cho admin@pc25.nhatnghe.local

Máy Sharepoint:

Chạy IE: -> http://pc25/default.aspx

Nhập nhatnghe\u1 và password

Kiểm tra trong Team Discussion thấy có tin mới. Mở tin vừa nhận để đọc

Châu Tuấn
